wonderful stay!
great location friendly staff amazing service
i found the hotel really well located. the staff were helpful and friendly! i got offered a complementary drink and some fruit on arrival. the service and treatment were amazing.
the initial outside location of the hotel is a bit dreadful! it's a bit dirty and back street.

the roof terrace is smart and lovely. i used the swimming pool and it was a perfect size and temperature! the hotel has a sauna, steam room, and gym. drinkable water is unlimited supplied.

the rooftop restaurant offers a great view it was a bonus for breakfast. the staff were friendly and helpful
the room was small so opening suitcases was difficult. the fridge barely worked this was inconvenient

The rooftop restaurant offered acceptable views.
The room was small. Opening even ONE suitcase made it difficult to move around. I was further annoyed by the concierge WHO yelled at me for asking about the room size. This was hardly the relaxing experience I anticipated.

a romantic getaway
fine view great diversity tidy furniture
the rooftop view is fine from the restaurant. Breakfast presents great diversity. Staff service WAS really good, always smiling and ready to help. the room featured good size and nice, tidy furniture.
i disliked the gym due to it lacking AC. it was right by the pool and sauna. i found it difficult to enjoy a workout in those conditions.

Staff extended help to me whenever possible. the reception was prompt, and restaurant service was attentive. i felt genuinely cared for during my time. the servers were graceful. They attended to my needs with pleasure.

convenient location extensive breakfast fine view helpful staff
The location was very convenient. The grand bazaar was only a short walk. the breakfast selection was extensive and regularly replenished. i was pleased with the fine views from the rooftop restaurant. It provided a wonderful backdrop. the staff were helpful and always ready to assist with any requests.
The spa temperature had an extreme difference between sauna and turkish bath and common areas. It was quite cold.

The room was clean and well-kept, which i appreciated greatly . the air conditioning worked effectively. a comfortable bed allowed restful nights. I could relax well after exploring the city.

The hotel provided a pool and spa area which was a welcomed addition. the spa facilities offered relaxation opportunities. the rooftop terrace provided an excellent view. I could enjoy it both day and night.
